Ingredients:
1 cup raisins (optional) - you may substitute other fruits like craisins, dried chopped apricots, or chopped drained pineapple
12 oz wide egg noodles
6 large eggs· 1 lb sour cream (2 cups)
8 oz cottage cheese (1 cup)
8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
Corn flakes tossed in melted butter and cinnamon sugar
Nonstick cooking oil spray or more butter
Instructions:
This basic list of ingredients can be changed by adding more butter, apricot nectar and apricot jam or other fruits.
Boil and drain the noodles
Grease, butter or spray a large baking dish.
Combine all the other ingredients except the corn flakes and pour into the baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with the corn flakes.
Bake in a 350 oven until it becomes firm and top is browned. The time will depend on the ingredients.
